MapAndManage was developed and is maintained by Jim Bouse. He has a strong background in computers, servers, programming and surveying. He began working with computers and servers in 2001. Growing up in a family of surveyors, he worked on the field crew and in the office. He recieved his formal technical training from Blinn College in Bryan, Texas. After graduating from Blinn, he earned his bachelors degree from Texas A&M University in Leadership and Development. He has developed complex and dynamic websites that handle thousands of visitors daily.
